Where can I see my points and rewards?
Sign in using the same email you use for your Sknfed orders, then open the Rewards button. You can check your points balance, see available rewards and find any reward codes you have already claimed.
How do I spend my points?
Open Rewards and choose a reward you have enough points for. Redeem it to receive your discount code, then apply the code at checkout. 500 points gives £5 off, 1,000 points gives £10 off and 2,000 points gives £20 off. Points rewards apply to one-time purchases, have no minimum spend and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Is the referral offer different from points rewards?
Yes. Share your personal referral link from the Rewards panel. Your friend receives £10 off their first qualifying order, and you receive a £10 thank-you reward after they complete it. A £25 minimum order applies to both referral discounts.
