Sleepy Head Body Balm can be used from three months old.

Warm a small amount between your hands and gently massage it over the body or feet as part of a calming bedtime routine.

Yes. Use it daily or as often as needed, applying only a small amount.
How does it fit into a bedtime routine?
Use after a warm bath or before bed, allowing the gentle massage and aromatic blend to create a consistent wind-down cue.
