How to use

Add 3 tablespoons directly
into bath. Alternatively, add 5
tablespoons to muslin bag, pull string closed and add to bath or footbath. Do not use if pregnant, or on infected, irritated or broken skin. Take extra care not to overheat skin with bath water.

How much Relax Bath Salt should I use?

Add three tablespoons directly to a warm bath. Alternatively, place five tablespoons in a muslin bag, pull the string closed and add it to a bath or footbath.

Can I use it in a footbath?

Yes. Add the salts in a securely closed muslin bag to a comfortably warm footbath and allow them to infuse while you soak.

What does it smell like?

It has a calming, grounding aroma created with lavender, grapefruit and patchouli essential oils.

Are there any precautions?

Do not use during pregnancy or on infected, irritated or broken skin. Keep the water comfortably warm rather than excessively hot, and stop using the product if irritation occurs.
