How should I use it?

Massage a small amount over wet skin using gentle circular movements, concentrating on rough areas, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.

How often should I exfoliate?

Use once or twice a week, adjusting the frequency to how your skin feels. Avoid excessive scrubbing.

What should I apply afterwards?

Pat the skin dry and follow with a body cream, butter or body oil to help keep the skin comfortable and nourished.
