What does Balance Balm smell like?

It has an earthy, woody and herbal aroma created with Copaiba, Tea Tree, Fir Needle, Lavender, Frankincense and Palo Santo essential oils.

How should I use it?

Warm a small amount with your fingertip and apply it to pulse points such as the wrists, behind the ears or at the temples. Keep it away from the eyes and apply only to intact skin.

When is a good time to use it?

Use it during yoga, meditation, focused work or any quiet moment when you want to pause and reconnect with its grounding aroma.

Can I apply it every day?

Yes. It can be used as often as needed. Because it contains essential oils, begin with a small amount and patch test before first use if your skin is sensitive.
