Morning

1. Massage Organic Cleansing Lotion over the face, including the eye area to remove makeup, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
2. Choose Rose Face Moisturiser when your skin needs comforting hydration, or Bakuchiol Face Moisturiser when you want to target dullness and uneven-looking skin.
3. Finish with SPF. SPF is not included in this set.

Evening

1. Cleanse again with Organic Cleansing Lotion and rinse thoroughly.
2. Apply Youth Boost Night Cream. Introduce Retinal gradually, beginning two or three evenings a week and increasing as your skin becomes comfortable.
3. Massage Sleep Well Hand & Body Crème into the hands and body as part of your bedtime ritual.

Use a small amount of each formula—a little goes a long way. Patch test before first use and apply SPF every morning while using Retinal.
